HUMMUS
INGREDIENTS:
- 275g chickpeas, washed
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 10g tahini
- 1 garlic clove
- 80ml olive oil
- ½ tsp cumin
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
- Tabasco
METHOD:
- Add the chickpeas, lemon, tahini and garlic to a food processor and blitz.
- Gradually add the olive oil while the food processor is still running.
- Add in the sea salt and cumin.
- Serve with an extra drizzling of olive oil and dusting of paprika.
