HUMMUS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 275g chickpeas, washed
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 10g tahini
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 80ml olive oil
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Tabasco

 

METHOD:

  1. Add the chickpeas, lemon, tahini and garlic to a food processor and blitz.
  2. Gradually add the olive oil while the food processor is still running.
  3. Add in the sea salt and cumin.
  4. Serve with an extra drizzling of olive oil and dusting of paprika.
