INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Granny Smith Apple
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp granola

METHOD:

  1. Slice the apple into thin wedges and spread them onto a plate.
  2. Drizzle some peanut butter and honey on top. Follow with a dollop of yoghurt and a sprinkling of granola.
