BREAKFAST TACOS

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 small tortilla wraps
- 2 eggs, scrambled
- Spring onion, finely sliced
- 1/2 bell pepper, finely diced
- Avocado, finely sliced
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Tbsp Greek Yoghurt, with a squeeze of lemon & mixed through.
Tomato Salsa:
- 5 Cherry tomatoes, finely diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely diced
- 1/2 garlic clove, finely diced
- Olive oil, TINY bit
- Salt
- Pepper
