BROWN SODA BREAD

INGREDIENTS:
- 270g wholemeal flour
- 130g plain flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 25g softened butter
- 240ml buttermilk
- 1 tbsp mixed seeds
METHOD:
- Preheat the oven to 190.
- Rub the butter into the dry ingredients.
- Add the buttermilk and mix using your hands.
- Pop the mixture into a greased loaf tin, sprinkle over with the seeds (or mix through the mixture) and bake the loaf for 40 minutes.
