INGREDIENTS:

  • 200g medjool dates
  • 200g almonds
  • 80g desiccated coconut (plus extra)
  • 1-2 tbsp water
  • Pinch of salt


METHOD:

  1. Pop everything into the food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Roll into balls and cover them in desiccated coconut.

Store in an air tight container.
