CARAMEL BLISS BALLS
Cook & Prep Time: 15 minutes
- 200g medjool dates
- 200g almonds
- 80g desiccated coconut (plus extra)
- 1-2 tbsp water
- Pinch of salt
- Pop everything into the food processor and blend until smooth.
- Roll into balls and cover them in desiccated coconut.
Store in an air tight container.
