  • 100G CHICKEN 
  • 2 BACON MEDALLIONS 
  • MUSHROOM 
  • TENDERSTEM BROCOLLI 
  • ONION
  • 1 CHICKEN STOCK POT
  • 1TSP CUMIN 
  • 1TSP GARLIC GRANULES
  • 30G LIGHT CHEESE SPREAD 

METHOD:
  1. SPRAY YOUR PAN IN FRY LIGHT AND COOK CHICKEN AND BACON. 
  2. ADD ONION, MUSHROOM AND BROCCOLI.
  3. SAUCE: PLACE CHICKEN STOCK INTO 100ML OF HOT WATER THEN ADD YOUR CREAM CHEESE. STIR TOGETHER THEN ADD GARLIC AND CUMIN. POUR MIXTURE INTO PAN WITH ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS AND ADD YOUR COOKED PASTA.
