Another staple meal in my weekly routine


  • 50g Oats
  • 100g Milk
  • 100g Water
  • 20g Orange & Almond Chocolate from Aldi
  • 15g Protein FemFuelz
  • 100g Frozen Berries



  1. Cook your oats to the consistency you like (mine normally take 90 seconds in the microwave).
  2. Then add the rest of your ingredients. The consistency of oats is make or break if you’ll enjoy them so just keep checking every 20 seconds while cooking

Such a yummy, quick meal to keep you fuelled at any time of the day
