CHOCOLATE OATS
Another staple meal in my weekly routine
INGREDIENTS:
- 50g Oats
- 100g Milk
- 100g Water
- 20g Orange & Almond Chocolate from Aldi
- 15g Protein FemFuelz
- 100g Frozen Berries
METHOD:
- Cook your oats to the consistency you like (mine normally take 90 seconds in the microwave).
- Then add the rest of your ingredients. The consistency of oats is make or break if you’ll enjoy them so just keep checking every 20 seconds while cooking
Such a yummy, quick meal to keep you fuelled at any time of the day
