Homemade Coleslaw

Calories: 100-150
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 carrot, grated
- ¼ red cabbage, finely sliced
- 1 onion, finely sliced
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp yoghurt
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- Squeeze of lemon
- Finely chopped parsley
- Seasoning
METHOD:
Add everything into a big bowl and mix it together. Adjust seasoning according to your own preference and finish by sprinkling some parsley on top.
