A qualified PT and fitness coach for over 5 years, health and fitness has always played a big role in my life. Growing up I had a great passion for exercise, enjoying competitive swimming and training as a dancer and a figure skater for 11 years. I guess that’s where it all started!

My journey into training began in 2015 when I decided to sign up to a gym. I initially joined because I wanted a peachy bum and a six pack. I got that goal but this is where my love for health and fitness grew even deeper and I realised it was so much more than just a physical thing.

Struggling with anxiety and self confidence throughout my teenage years and into my 20s, training was something that helped me greatly. I was able to use it as a tool to build a mindset and the body I had always wanted, in turn building my own self confidence. What started off as transforming my physique, grew into a journey of strength and self belief. The incredible way in which looking after yourself can make you feel good on the inside and outside transformed my outlook and has helped me become who I am today.

Three years into my own training, I knew I wanted to make my passion a career and I did my qualification alongside my full time office job. Once qualifying as a PT, I left the office and began working, self-employed, as a trainer at a functional gym. Working and training here, living and breathing the gym, was what allowed me to learn most of what I know today. From training technique, programming, mindset, nutrition, and so much more. I use what I learnt along the way and transfer that knowledge onto my clients, giving them the tools to help themselves too!

I wanted to become a PT and fitness coach to be able to help and inspire people, especially females, to grow in confidence the way I did. Having the chance to make positive changes in people’s lives is what I thrive for. I work closely with my clients to ensure their results are consistent and maintainable, whilst making it fun!
As a result producing great client transformations time after time.

When it comes to my own training I practise what I preach, and anyone who knows me will tell you the same. I am very dedicated to my own training and goals. Always finding ways to push myself outside my comfort zone.

Over the last couple of years I have competed in a number of competitions, taking the podium at 2 of the events. Put me in a competitive environment and I will always strive to do my best!

My current training routine consists of a mixture of gym and home workouts because I love aspects of both. They have both enabled me to be at my strongest and fittest. I recommend you find a training style that YOU enjoy, that way you will be able to stick to it long term.

I thoroughly love the job I have and feel very fortunate to be able to work with people of all walks of life through their own journey. My golden motto - Any goal is achievable if you want it enough!
