- 150g Greek yoghurt
- 2 tbsp light cream cheese
- 1 tbsp femfuelz strawberry or vanilla protein (optional)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 digestives, mashed into crumbs
- 1 tbsp honey
- Mix the smashed digestives together and mix through with the honey. Press the mixture into the base of a glass.
- Mix all the remaining ingredients together in a bowl and spoon it onto the biscuit base.
- Finish the mini cheese cake with some fresh fruit or mint leaves.
