 INGREDIENTS:

  • 150g Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp light cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp femfuelz strawberry or vanilla protein (optional)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 digestives, mashed into crumbs
  • 1 tbsp honey

 

METHOD:

  1. Mix the smashed digestives together and mix through with the honey. Press the mixture into the base of a glass.
  2. Mix all the remaining ingredients together in a bowl and spoon it onto the biscuit base.
  3. Finish the mini cheese cake with some fresh fruit or mint leaves.
