INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tbsp FemFuelz chocolate protein
  • 2 tbsp plain flour
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tbsp milk (dairy milk or plant milk)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • Optional: 1 or 2 squares of your favourite chocolate

 

METHOD:

  1. Add everything into a bowl and mix it together with a whisky until smooth.
  2. Add half the mixture into a mug followed by the square(s) of chocolate. Add the other half of the mixture ontop.
  3. Pop it into the oven for 1 minute 40 seconds.
  4. Finish by adding a good dollop of yoghurt on-top and chocolate sauce.
