MUG CAKE

SERVES 1
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tbsp FemFuelz chocolate protein
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 egg
- 4 tbsp milk (dairy milk or plant milk)
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp sugar
- Optional: 1 or 2 squares of your favourite chocolate
METHOD:
- Add everything into a bowl and mix it together with a whisky until smooth.
- Add half the mixture into a mug followed by the square(s) of chocolate. Add the other half of the mixture ontop.
- Pop it into the oven for 1 minute 40 seconds.
- Finish by adding a good dollop of yoghurt on-top and chocolate sauce.
