INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 ripe mashed banana
  • 1 egg
  • 40g self-raising flour
  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • 30g oats
  • 1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 50ml oat milk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 25g dark chocolate chips
Garnish:
  • Greek Yoghurt
  • Mixed berries
  • Honey

METHOD:

  1. Simply blitz everything together besides the chocolate chips until smooth. Once the batter is of a smooth consistency stir the chocolate chips in.
  2. Cook on a pan for about 1 minute aside over a medium heat. Serve with yoghurt, mixed berries & maple syrup.
