OAT & BANANA CHOCOLATE PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 ripe mashed banana
- 1 egg
- 40g self-raising flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa
- 30g oats
- 1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 50ml oat milk
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 25g dark chocolate chips
Garnish:
- Greek Yoghurt
- Mixed berries
- Honey
METHOD:
- Simply blitz everything together besides the chocolate chips until smooth. Once the batter is of a smooth consistency stir the chocolate chips in.
- Cook on a pan for about 1 minute aside over a medium heat. Serve with yoghurt, mixed berries & maple syrup.
