ON-THE-GO YOGHURT & GRANOLA POT

INGREDIENTS:
- 3 tbsp Granola - see previous granola recipe for this.
- 3 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- ½ handful raspberries
- ½ handful blueberries
- Flaked almonds, toasted
- ½ lemon
- 150g raspberries
- 2tbsp honey
METHOD:
- First, make the berry coulis by adding the ingredients to a pot. Cook over a medium until the raspberries start to break down then blend it altogether until smooth.
- Layer the pot by starting with the berry coulis and a dollop of Greek yoghurt, follow with some fresh raspberries, blueberries and granola. Repeat this over twice. Finish it off by sprinkling the toasted flaked almonds on top.
- Seal it up and store in the fridge to grab when you are heading out the door.
