ROR App Intro

The TeamROR App is designed to be the perfect tool every girl needs to change her life! If you've any queries about the app or your account please fill in the query form below. 

App Features: 

    • Questions: An area for you to ask questions of Rebeccah, Bobby or the App Team. You can choose to have your name seen or ask anonymously. The idea of this section is for everyone to be able to benefit from the answers, and if you've anything you'd rather discuss privately outside of the questions you can email info@rebeccahorourke.com

    • Recipes: Here you can access a bank of the ROR Recipes you know and love, as well as accessing our monthly recipe booklets 

    • Lives/Videos: You can still access the lives the same way you always have on www.rebeccahorourke.com, but you can now also choose to access them directly within the app. 

    • Check Ins: You can still access the check ins for this week the same way you always have on www.rebeccahorourke.com, but you can now also choose to access them directly within the app. 

    • Schedule: You can still access the schedule the same way you always have on www.rebeccahorourke.com, but you can now also choose to view directly within the app. 

    • Meditations: Here you can access audio meditations from Corinne at Soul Purpose, that we'll add to over time. 

    • Manuals: From challenges, to gym guides and more, find all your training manuals here. 

    • Discount Codes: Find all of Rebeccah's discount codes here. 

    • Quotes: Your dose of inspiration! Click in here to find new and existing quotes, that we'll add to every week. Tap your favourites and screenshot to share them and tag me in!

    • Shop: Access the Team ROR Merch Shop directly from within the app.

    • Meet the Team: Find out more about Rebeccah and the rest of the ROR team. 

    • Resources: In here you'll find handy bits and pieces to help you make the most of the challenge, including Spotify playlists, ebook lists, supplement guides, calorie info and more.
