Cook & Prep time: 50 minutes

Calories: 300-400

INGREDIENTS:

  • 70g Pasta
  • 30g Chorizo
  • Mushroom
  • Veg of Choice (I normally use tenderstem broccoli)
  • 1 Egg
  • Natural Yoghurt
  • Lemon

Sauce: Mix one egg, 2 tbsp of natural yoghurt and half a squeezed lemon. Add to cooked ingredients after you’ve taken the pan off the heat.

I top with black pepper & chilli flakes (spice is optional) oh and sometimes cheese.
