Shipping Costs

All orders will be processed within 2 business days and dispatched by An Post. An Post usually takes 2 business days to deliver your parcel. 

Refunds

We hope you love your TeamROR products. However, if any merch products you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered, we will be happy to exchange the products or offer you a full refund (excluding shipping costs). The customer is liable for the cost of returns. Please contact us at hello@rebeccahorourke.com to arrange this. 

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days of the day on which we received the returned products. We will refund you on the method used by you to pay.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we feel has been made using any fraudulent methods including hacks or vulnerabilities in our systems due to interference from outside parties.
