STUFFED MEDJOOL DATES

- Medjool dates
- Peanut butter
- Dark chocolate, melted
- Sea salt
- Slice open the date length ways (remove the pit if there are not already removed).
- Add a teaspoon of peanut butter into the centre of the incision.
- Dip half of the peanut butter date into melted dark chocolate and place it down onto a palte with some parchment paper on top.
- Sprinkle with some salt and place into the fridge so the chocolate can set.
