INGREDIENTS:

  • Medjool dates
  • Peanut butter
  • Dark chocolate, melted
  • Sea salt

METHOD:

  1. Slice open the date length ways (remove the pit if there are not already removed).
  2. Add a teaspoon of peanut butter into the centre of the incision.
  3. Dip half of the peanut butter date into melted dark chocolate and place it down onto a palte with some parchment paper on top.
  4. Sprinkle with some salt and place into the fridge so the chocolate can set.
