GROUP CHAT WILL BE CREATED FRIDAY AT 4PM WE WILL THEN SPEND THE WEEKEND GETTING ORGANISED AS A TEAM.

MONDAY IS DAY 1 SO DON’T WORRY ANY INITIAL QUESTIONS YOU HAVE WILL BE ANSWERED BEFORE WE BEGIN.

If you don’t currently have any what so ever try and get a kettlebell or a dumbbell before we begin. If you can’t find one NO STRESS NEEDED you can use a bottle of water until you do. The country is in serious low supply of weights at the moment with everyone training from home so all lives for the month of March will be done using a single piece of equipment. The majority of girls who have come all the way up from Challenge 1 to now have got incredible results using little to no equipment so don’t be worried.

SUPPLEMENTS:

JOURNAL:

Journaling is a massive part of this process as it will allow you to keep a clear head every day. It will help with your sleeping pattern and also with tracking your progression in training.  Click here for the TEAMROR journal plus giftbox x

Throughout the six weeks you will all be designing your own food plan. I will give you the tools to find the right amount of calories to suit YOUR body and then you will eat only the meals you enjoy. There is no need for anyone to start clearing out the presses as there will be no restrictions. You are about to learn that with portion control, a healthy balance of training, good substantial meals and being able to enjoy the process that results can be achieved long term very easily.

This isn’t a ‘diet’ and there will be no ‘cheat meals’. We eat the food we enjoy 7 days a week and we exercise because it’s FUN and of massive benefit to our mental and physical health, especially while in lockdown x
